What Panera runs out of Baguette rolls for sandwiches?! This one does .....

Their food is fresh. I had a lobster roll. Full of fresh lobster but way too small for $20. Needs Hellman's mayo though.

Food was not good. Soup cold, sandwich was barely edible. Meat in sandwich was not identifiable and very little. Cost me $12 for this....waste of money for sure.

Still waiting for my order 40 minutes after we ordered. You sent me this message to review them faster than they can make a sandwich.

There food is real good. Customer service is ok some days real nice other days they hate there job and are rude

Great food fast service

Staff is super friendly and the food is always fresh. I work in the casino, so when I can get to Panera it's always a pleasure. Be mindful of certain events in the casino that could generate more traffic when coming here, your rapid pickup might be a few minutes behind if you show up during a rush.

Staff are so friendly and deliver outstanding service. Only note was soups were not yet available when I went even though their online service said they were, but thats okay.

It seems all the places I try on Foxwoods are plagued with issues... We waited 25 min for an order.All of my food was cold, not luke warm, cold.I was then told 20 min later the bread I ordered was out and they would have to sub it. The cheese was sliced in half and placed over both pieces, it’s an $11 sandwich... I guess that means less cheese. The Apple I was served along with my meal was covered in a disgusting white chalky film... The receipt states they will remake any meal that doesn’t meet your expectations, I don’t have another 30 min to waste. The food service station where staff were working was down right filthy. At no point did I see anyone change their gloves, there for my protection not yours.

Great lunch. Just be careful of the bugs on the bear claws in the display case. The salad and soup were great.

Not great. Understaffed and sandwich looked like it was assembled with no care. There was a pile of seeds (from pickles?) enclosed in my sandwich wrapping. Worst Panera I've ever been to.

The food is reasonable and very tasty

Pretty good lobster rolls - lots of meat but oddly various sizes of lobsters, but OK. Rolls are not toasted, sort of midwest, but adequate. Soup is pretty good.

Pricy sandwich reasterant

Even though the line is sometimes long (or slow) but the food is delicious and surprisingly inexpensive. Everything is tasty. Lobster is back as roll or mac n cheese...

Placed order fairly quickly, but waited quite a bit for the food. More than one cook should have been working the pass to custmers waiting.Soup was tasty though once i finally received.

Love this place their broccoli cheddar soup is the bomb.

Great customer service n food was great and clean

Sometimes it's nice to go to a franchise and know what to expect. The portions are the right size. Food is served relatively quickly. Soup is hot, but not too hot. Baguettes are as expected. Salads are interesting and seasonally appropriate. There is always a Panera not far from where you are. Convenient, affordable and satisfying. Sometimes that is all you need for a meal.

Wanted to order a bbq chicken flatbread but they couldn’t find it on the computer so the manager comes over to find it and she can’t find it either. Then she proceeds to tell me that we can’t order it because she can’t ring it in. I have worked at multiple restaurants before and would never tell a costumer that they couldn’t order a product just because the computer didn’t have it, knowing that we have everything in the kitchen to make it. I was waiting for our name to be called to get our food and I over hear them talking and looking at the computer saying they found the bbq chicken flatbread. It takes a lot for me to get real mad about something and I’ve never ever left a review on google. I’m am very displeased with the service. Food however is always great!!

I love Panera's ...Ordered soup and half sandwich .....the soup was great but the sandwich was a little off then the usual, my wife had ham in her sandwich which was very fatty....Its been good there before...but you know Casino food.

One of my favorite places to catch lunch although I primarily love to do breakfast 😋 there.

Aaliyah took my order and my gosh it took forever just for a bagel and a smoothie! I used to work at Panera and maybe just maybe she might need some retraining??? Yeesh.
